This past January, we went to visit my step-father, Terry Griffiths, who is semi-retired in Naples, Florida. We also drove a few hours north to Orlando and Disney's Epcot. This was our second trip to Epcot: when we first went (a few years ago), we didn't think we'd like it, but after going, we thought it was really cool. Take a look at the photos below and I think you'll agree.

To start our day at Epcot, we attended "Breakfast with the Princesses," where you enjoy
some really good food and various Disney princesses visit you while you eat.
You might recognize Sleeping Beauty, Mulan (Ally's favorite), and Snow White

We also met Mary Poppins, who isn't a princess, but
is "practically perfect in every way." And we had some rain.

Half of Epcot is dedicated to various scientific exhibits, including an aquarium with manatees and fish.
Some of the fish (like Bruce) are really big and overly-friendly. In a not-so-pleasant sort of way.

The other half of Epcot has exhibits from various countries.
At one place, we sampled soft drinks from around the world.
And as the girls visited each place, they collected tokens for masks
they decorated. Here they are by a waterfall in "Canada."

From "Canada," we went to "England"...

...met Beauty and the Beast and Marie
(from The Aristocats) in "France"...

...and then on to "Morocco," where we had great food...

...and listened to a cool live band.

"Japan" had music, too (and statues of samurai)...

...but "Italy" had lovely scenery.

We stopped in "Germany" to have some wurst and admire the trains...

...and a trip to "China" finished our day!
